Piaggio Vietnam Co., Ltd (PVN) is located in Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone- Vinh Phuc Province-100% foreign invested of Italy which has been granted the Investment License in October, 2007 and comes into operation from early 2009. Piaggio Group is the leading scooter and motorcycle manufacturer in Europe. Piaggio group includes brands such as Piaggio, Vespa, Gilera, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia and Derby. PVN is specialized in manufacturing Piaggio’s product in Vietnam. We are now seeking the talented and highly motivated candidates for the following position:
LOGISTICS STAFF

l Primary activities:
- This position will cooperate with Italian, China factories to arrange production to meet sales oders from oversea customers. He/she will also need to prepare necessary documents for exporting vehicles from these factories to customers in different Asian countries.
- This position will be coordinated in sales requirement with production to produce products in satisfying the needs of the cusumers which ensuring cost efficiency.
- This position will also need to prepare all nessary documents for planning reporting and to the Board of Director.
l Key activities 1:
1. To contact with oversea dealers & PAP to collect orger & arrange delivery schedule.
2. To contact with Italian & Chinese factories to arrange production plan, shipment plan.
3. To prepare documents to import/export vehicles from China, Italy to PVN to oversea customers.
4. To cooperate with finance colleagues to settles payment between Italy, China, PVN & oversea customers.
5. To put orger in SAP & follow up SAP procedure to issue invoice to oversea customers.
6. To follow up shipment shedule then inform customers.
7. To do other jobs as assigned by superior.
l Key activities 2:
1. Coordinate with Sales Department to get information from Sales requirements.
2. To cooperate with Production Department to make sure good product meet requirement from Sales demand.
3. To assist in monitor and review: Inventory report, production report, sales-in report, Sales out report…
4. To update production order in SAP & follow up SAP produce to update all nescessary parameter.
5. Assistant to Supervisor for In-charge of overall planning - Supply planning Oder/ Forecast/ Schedules/ Production plan
6. Prepare and update all the report such as: daily, weekly, monthly… report for planning purpose and to the Directors.
7. To do all other jobs as assigned by superior.
l Requirements
① Vietnamese nationality under 28 years old,
② At least 1-year experience in Logistics.
③ Flexible and active, Creative & theoretical thinking,
④ Good communication and presentation in English & Vietnamese,
⑤ Familiar with SAP system
⑥ Good at computer especially MS Office: Excell
⑦ Having experience at the same position in Automobile manufacturing company is a strength,
⑧ Able to work on irregular working hours and under high pressure
⑨ Candidate living in Vinh Phuc province is preferable.

· Means of transportation: Company will provide the commute bus to pick up and return from Hanoi to the Company and vice versa
